An Elevated Commitment to Health And Safety

As new and longtime XO Members put their trust in us for their private aviation needs, we wanted to provide clarity regarding the measures taken to safeguard the health of passengers, pilots, and crew during this unprecedented time. As part of our unwavering commitment to safety, the following multifaceted approach has been implemented for trips on our group-owned fleet operated by XOJET Aviation to ensure well-being across every touch point of the travel experience:

Aircraft Cleanliness

Air is not recycled and recirculates in the cabin during flight; instead, inside air escapes the jet via an outflow valve and is continually replenished with fresh air from the outside at a controlled rate to maintain comfortable cabin pressure. With 100% of interior air volume refreshed every six minutes, passengers can breathe easy.

Air enters the aircraft through a process which includes heat compression at temperatures greater than 500 °F. An ozone converter leverages a catalytic medium to convert the ozone present at higher altitudes into oxygen. A temperature control system then cools the resultant sterilized air to desired cabin temperatures. Before and after each flight, high-grade multi-purpose cleaner and disinfectant wipes are used to thoroughly wipe down aircraft interiors ‒ including lavatories, tray tables, window shades, armrests, and all touch surfaces.

Antimicrobial barrier treatment Clear Cabin and surface disinfectant Bacon are regularly applied to aircraft interiors to provide long-term protection from bacteria, viruses, mold, fungi, and other microorganisms. Should it be determined that anyone potentially carrying COVID-19 has traveled on board an aircraft, that aircraft will be temporarily taken out of service, treated, and evaluated for cleanliness.

Pilot & Crew Procedures

Pilots and Crew are required to closely monitor their health, register their temperatures twice daily, and report to duty only if they are symptom-free. In certain cases, passenger temperatures may be taken with a non-contact infrared thermometer. Pilots and Crew follow social distancing guidelines and respect travelers' physical space. Pilots and Crew wear masks, gloves, and other personal protective equipment, during passenger interactions in the cabin and outside of the aircraft.

Should Pilots or Crew interact with someone carrying COVID-19, they are required to quarantine for 14 days and/or demonstrate negative test results before returning to work. Pilots, Crew, and Operations Teams continually monitor travel restrictions, as well as the conditions on the ground, in flight, and as they pertain to origins and destinations.

Passenger Experience

Passengers are required to submit a Health Declaration Form at least 24 hours prior to departure to verify wellness and travel activity. On the ground, preferred FBOs have reconfigured facilities to allow for social distancing and have implemented targeted cleaning procedures. At the private jet terminal, passenger interaction with staff is minimized. Aircraft are stocked with personal protective equipment and hand sanitizer for passenger use. Catering is pre-packaged and delivered with the use of masks, gloves, and other personal protective equipment to avoid exposure.

MedAire's health and travel safety assistance solutions are available as a resource for any emergency medical issues. XO's Aviation Advisors are always available to answer any questions that may arise regarding measures taken to ensure traveler well-being in the air and on the ground.

Bring Your Pets On Private Jets

At XO, we make it PAW-sible to take flight with your pets. We are pleased to welcome you and your four-legged family members aboard our group-owned fleet. We invite you to join the many XO Members who bring their beloved pets on private jets.

Consistent with XO's commitment to elevated service, our team personalizes every aspect of your flight to ensure peace of mind and convenience for you and your pets. During the booking process, a Client Services Specialist will request the animal's breed, weight, and name in order to make the appropriate accommodations. You can even order catering for your pet. Bon a-pet-treat!

For private charters on our group-owned fleet operated by XOJET Aviation, your furry flyer is welcome to check out the view, we bet it's better than the car window. During take-off and landing, all large animals must occupy a seat and be secured with a body leash equipped with a quick disconnect device. Cats can cozy up in their kennels to enjoy the purr-fection of private flight. To ensure the safety of everyone on board, animals must be furr-iendly towards fellow travelers and cannot block access to the aisles or emergency exits.

If you are buying a seat on one of our shared flights, only registered service or emotional support animals may travel. To register your service or emotional support animal, just be sure to contact the Client Services Team to provide the required details and documentation at least 48 hours prior to departure. Per safety regulations, travelers may be advised that it is necessary to purchase an additional seat for the animal.

Just last week, first-time XO client Max flew from Miami to Boston on a private charter with his extended family and pet Vizsla. In his words: "XO made it so easy to fly with Coco. It was much better than putting her in cargo or dealing with all the distractions posed by large airports and crowded airplanes. Coco was incredibly calm and seemed to enjoy the experience just as much as we did! I think we spoiled her."
Private Jets We understand that some flyers may have allergies or aren't the biggest canine or feline fans. As part of XO's unwavering commitment to travelers' health and safety, before and after each flight, high-grade multi-purpose cleaner, and disinfectant wipes are used to thoroughly wipe down aircraft interiors, including lavatories, tray tables, window shades, armrests, and all touch surfaces. Likewise, antimicrobial barrier treatment ClearCabin and surface disinfectant Bacoban are regularly applied to aircraft interiors to provide long-term protection from bacteria, viruses, mold, fungi, and other microorganisms.

So, throw us a bone and take a paws. Whether you bark, meow, or speak. We would love to hear from you and welcome you aboard!

Meet The Fleet

At XO, we know that our members have needs that go beyond the ordinary. That's why the private jet fleet offers access to more than 2,100 aircraft – globally to meet the requirements of every possible aviation need.

The Dedicated Fleet Is Dedicated To You

The multibillion-dollar fleet includes 115 group-owned aircraft, including the celebrated Challenger 300 and the Citation X. What's more, because XO is part of Vista Global Holding, we provide access to VistaJet's iconic fleet of over 70 large cabin Challenger and Global private jets, which are marked by elegant interiors that boast sleek in-flight offices, and a home away from home environment.

Beyond Our Group-Owned Fleet

Because our XO community requires global flexibility at a moment's notice, we have built a safety-vetted XO Preferred Operator Network, offering access to over 2,100 aircraft globally, covering the full spectrum of cabin classes.

This fleet is available through our Aviation Advisors, who are available 24/7, or our mobile app, which is similarly at your fingertips. At XO, we like to say "why just meet expectations, when you can go beyond them?" Between the unparalleled private jet fleet and our unrivaled commitment to service, that's the standard we set for our members every day.

XO’s Global Coverage

While many travelers are turning to private aviation for health and safety reasons, many are also choosing to fly private, given the substantial route and schedule cutbacks among commercial airlines since the outbreak of COVID-19. As commercial airlines continue to shrink their networks, domestically and internationally, the resulting access void has paved the way for XO to provide private air travel to underserved destinations. At XO, we are experiencing strong demand for routes where commercial flights are no longer available some travelers have flown previously with XO, while private aviation is a new experience for many.

Since March XO has provided private charter services to 95% of many domestic airports affected by commercial airline service suspensions. You can also use XO's Global Flight Coverage Verification Tool to see how XO can help to facilitate travel beyond U.S. borders.

XO App

With a group-owned fleet of 115 aircraft and 2,100+ jets in the XO Preferred Operator Network, XO can serve short- and long-haul flights to any destination. The Vista Global family of companies has experience flying to 187 countries representing 96% of the world. Wherever you need to go, XO can get you there. XO’s Aviation Advisors are available 24/7 to share more details regarding XO’s global coverage. E-mail: info@kiliedutravel.com , WhatsApp: +255759687589 or schedule a call to learn more.
